Payment Terms

Reception at Courtland

For convenience, we prefer all guests to pay upon arrival. This can be paid by cash, cheque or credit/debit card. Payment with a credit card will incur a 3% surcharge.

If you wish to reserve a room, we will require a £20 deposit per room, per night. Paid via cheque or credit/debit card.

If for some reason you wish to cancel your reservation, please notify us before 12 noon seven days prior to the day of your arrival. Such a cancellation will incur a fee equal to your deposit - £20 per room, per night.

If your cancellation is made after 12 noon seven days prior to your arrival, you will be charged the full amount of your intended occupancy. We will endeavour to re-let the room.

Checkout: Monday to Friday – 10:30am Saturday and Sunday – 11am

Checkout times can be flexible by arrangement. On day of departure guests may leave luggage to collect later in the day by prior arrangement.
